I asked one of the employees to not add ice 🧊in my iced coffee because they be putting too much so she told me they will not fill the cup with coffee if I don’t add ice so they’re not serving you a cup filled with coffee if you don’t add ice which is a scam,
On top of that their food/donuts taste like cleaning chemicals and not to mention their employees have attitude with anyone I don’t recommend this location

The doughnuts are small and low quality. Save yourself the time and money and go to an independent non-chain doughnut shop. Simply terrible food quality. The breakfast sandwiches taste like they were microwaved in a plastic container and probably were. Mass produced horrible food products.

I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin Donuts. The service was terrible. The girl working at the counter was too busy talking on her phone. We stood there waiting for quite a while before she finally took our order. To make matters worse, she gave us the wrong donut holes. When I pointed it out and handed the bag back, she opened it, took the donut holes out, and placed them back on the tray with the other donuts. This is completely unhygienic and unacceptable.
I go to this one because it’s the only one near me, but the customer service is trash.The employees ALWAYS have attitudes. The drinks are so good though when they make them correctly which sometimes they don’t.

Hello, the already made items are fine. But the drinks like Matcha not good don’t they don’t mix it well they didn’t added enough Matcha! if you say ice easy ice they don’t care so then you say no ice and they give you a half a cup.!!!
