Staff has always been very friendly. They are very fast with my order. I only had an issue once but I did place my mobile order and arrived before pick up time, it was a minor mistake but they ensured it wouldn’t happen again and it hasn’t. There is one person that works there that can come off strong but they aren’t, they just have a strong tone and actually are nice.

I think they were closing, l pretty much took left overs. No coffee, nothing other than some donuts. Apparently drive thru was open, not sure what they sell on drive thru if there was no coffee and donuts, might as well close for the day.

I walk in around nine it Took almost 30 minutes to get my coffees no AC in a business restaurant coffee shop or any business with customer Walk in the restroom need to be unlocked. A customer can watch their hands., No sanitizer nearby easily getting confused with the orders customers complaining??????????

Just love DD coffee. Other items are a bonus. DD tries to keep up with younger generations by offering newer items. Staff could be a bit more chatty.

I'm only giving one star.....I usually go thru the drive through. but this morning I decided to go. First it took over 5 minutes to be acknowledged, second the young lady that walked up to me was playing with her hair and had a little attitude. so I told her never mind. I was totally grossed out at that point. this location is close to my house but I won't be going back. that's so disgusting.
