The employee Itzel did a wonderful job. However, the thin black woman that worked with Itzel was terrible. I asked her for water, and she did not bring me any water. I had to ask for water from Itzel. She brought me water. Other than that everything is good. I come here all of the time, or I used to. This was when the gym was open nearby.
This is the worst dunkin in houston half the donuts aren't available a lot of customer sitting waiting angry Luis one of the staff purposefully ignored me when I asked him when my drink would be out after waiting for so long

Extremely unprofessional. It is past opening time and management has not gotten here to open. Employee told us that their manager is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional and doesn't show up on time. What a shame for Duncan to have a manager that arrives after their employees have been waiting for them outside to open up and start there day
