This location was a huge disappointment. I’ve always chosen Dunkin over other coffee shops because I believed they were reasonably priced—but clearly not anymore. Yesterday, I purchased a cookie latte and asked for a small cup of water for my baby. When I got to the window, I was shocked to see a 40-cent charge for water. That feels incredibly petty. After spending over $6, being charged for a small water is unacceptable. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. I will be deleting the app and taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of coffee shops closer to my home that value their customers more.

Horrible service! I ordered two of the same drinks, yet they tasted completely different. Neither drink was mixed properly, all the sugar had settled at the bottom, and there was cold foam on top. They handed me my drinks and immediately closed the window without saying a word.

Today I went to Dunkin with my family, my mom and my mom's husband, like other times we ordered ice cream and everything was good, Dunkin has great quality in terms of ice cream and we like it a lot but after being at the table and enjoying our ice cream a worker kicked us out of the place because it was already 8 PM, the time they close, even so we were already enjoying something that we were consuming long before the place closed, it seemed to me a very bad service on the part of the Dunkin workers and it was unpleasant for all of us who just wanted to enjoy some ice cream with our family but we ended up eating our ice cream outside the store standing, I hope something so unpleasant does not happen again.

The interior could use a remodel and an update to make it cleaner I thought the prices were a little bit for the time we went. I might be old school. I thought donut prices went down later on in the day because they are made first thing in the morning. The employees were super nice. They were prompt getting our shakes and very professional. The shakes were made while and very tasty
