Today I went to Dunkin with my family, my mom and my mom's husband, like other times we ordered ice cream and everything was good, Dunkin has great quality in terms of ice cream and we like it a lot but after being at the table and enjoying our ice cream a worker kicked us out of the place because it was already 8 PM, the time they close, even so we were already enjoying something that we were consuming long before the place closed, it seemed to me a very bad service on the part of the Dunkin workers and it was unpleasant for all of us who just wanted to enjoy some ice cream with our family but we ended up eating our ice cream outside the store standing, I hope something so unpleasant does not happen again.

The interior could use a remodel and an update to make it cleaner I thought the prices were a little bit for the time we went. I might be old school. I thought donut prices went down later on in the day because they are made first thing in the morning. The employees were super nice. They were prompt getting our shakes and very professional. The shakes were made while and very tasty

All 42 flavors would be amazing if the staff serving them was polite & kind! Service staff is very Cut & Dry 🤔 We rather drive 10 minutes to another location just for better & friendly service 😀

Purchased a dozen on 02/13/25 I had hair wrapped around a donut I took the donut and the one above also touching the hair out and took a picture contacted the store and spoke to Jessica. She apologized for the inconvenience and told me to stop by for a refund. It was late at night so I suggested I will go the next morning she reassured me that there was no need to bring the receipt as she took down all my information. Once I went the manager was so rude I explained the situation showed him the picture and told him everything Jessica told me about getting my refund by just stopping by he refused and was super disrespectful. I will not be stopping here again. The manager is very hostile.
