“I’m sorry, we can’t heat the almond croissant here.”

(Taking one for the team, I pass by this location on Yale and saw two beverages listed on their billboard and decided to check it out)

The croissant was disgusting, unheated. Two bites and into the trash.

So much ice in the beverages, I decided to pour off to see how much liquid, as I don’t want to wait an hour for the ice to melt.

Beverages were equally disgusting.

A billboard ad may get someone in to try the product. But it has to be good if expecting a return visit

My Boyfriend and I pulled up at 6:30 at the drive-through & asked if we can have a second to look over the menu, after a short minute or so I say that I’m ready in the guy on the microphone goes ummmmmmmmmmm we are closed.” Weird to be closed at 6:30 and especially after you let me sit and wait there. Just rude.

I ordered a medium peppermint mocha latte and they only filled the cup halfway. I knew the cup felt really light but I didn’t realize the whip cream to coffee ratio was 6:4

I have yrying yo have patience! Older Females need an attitude change..both! One doesn't know the difference between mocha and caramel. The other likes to snatch my bank card.

Just got my drink and they didn’t even bother filling it up we’re paying for the drink it’s not for free for them not to fill it up it’s ridiculous my first time trying Dunkin Donuts honestly will be my last

I always enjoy frequenting this location because I am always greeted and acknowledged as soon as I enter. My beverages are always good and made correctly. Cyndy was the cashier today and she was very friendly and polite.

Okay I was kind enough I tried to make things right and NO HELP FROM CORPORATE OR GM,MG,AND OWNER. SINCE THIS IS A FRANCHISE THEY HAVE THEIR OWN LITTLE PRIVATE NUMBER.? AND THIS IS SOME OF WHAT I WAS TRYING TO FIX .SAD THAT THE OWNER DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND I HAVE HER PRIVATE NUMBER AND JUST SAD. FOOD TEMPERATURES ARE NOT BEING PROPERLY TAKEN .NO THERMOMETER IS BEING USED CHECK YOUR FOOD AND MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE PERSON PREPARING IT WEARING GLOVES.
