Man. I love Dunkin. But this location annoys me. The service is usually a 2/10, and if you're lucky, and they decide to listen to your order correctly you could potentially get a really good drink. I usually stop by this location in the morning if I have time before work. I'm a simple gal- I usually just do an iced caramel coffee with cream. I work right around the corner and I used to love having a Dunkin' Donuts close. Good snack stop. I just put up with the service. And don't order the coffee. It's never made correctly. Today I go in to get my breakfast bagel sandwich. I was told they can't cook anything. Just coffee and donuts. I need protein before work. Terrible customer service. I've been here several times, giving them the benefit of the doubt and sure enough each time the service is terrible. On top of the service being bad, the food is always stale and not fresh whatsoever. This place is ran by some young adults that clearly does not want to work there. That is understandable but there is no tea Aston to be so rude to paying customers!
