Came at 8:50 and they told me they wouldn’t serve me. What’s the point of having a closing time at 9? All the employees were just sitting chatting away in the lobby. Disappointing.

Don't go to that place, they take a long time to serve you, they have a staff with very bad attention to the public, and outside at the tables is a lady with a strange and aggressive appearance, be very careful when visiting this place

I go to the Dunkin on Bellaire or Westgreen & i10 every day and I always order through the app. Unfortunately, I had to go to the Shepard location 11/6 because the my regulars were out of the cookie butter cold brew.

I ordered the cookie butter cold brew & a free strawberry sprinkle donut. I get to the window…my drink & cold foam looks watered down and they don’t have strawberry or vanilla sprinkle donuts. They only had 3 classic donuts available..(chocolate, pumpkin and something else…all flavors I don’t like) so I said I didn’t want any donut anymore. No biggie…it was supposed to be free anyway.

I tell the drive thru associate to add more cold foam because it’s watery and I can tell my drink has been sitting. She adds very little but with an attitude and it still looked watery. She also hands me my drink without the cookie crumble and when I asked where was it…she irritably said they didn’t have any. The associate was short tempered, and clearly annoyed so I pulled off. And of course my drink tastes bad. If you don’t have something REMOVE IT FROM THE APP. And if you don’t like your job, find another one. Simple.

This locations drive thru is slow, the workers have attitudes and poor customer service and the drinks taste bad. Save yourself the time and irritation by going somewhere else or making your coffee at home.

Hands down the worst Dunkin in the city and that has everything to do with their employees. One employee in particular named Lexi had the worst attitude today and every day. I don't understand how she even works there. She's unprofessional and unpleasant to be around even for a brief moment when I make my daily Dunkin iced coffee runs. The experience wasn't always like this. It seemed like through the spring and summer this location has been hiring all these disrespectful people who get away with the mistreatment of their regular customers. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. You can start with Lexi. Thanks in advance. The people who work here don't fit the community standards. This is River oaks not the ghetto.

I ordered a bagel and creme cheese.
First of all they're rude, they didn't event put the creme cheese inside the bagel, they handed me a sachet of creme cheese. And this was in drive thru. So I'm supposed to apply the creme cheese myself while driving?
And the bagel was not well done in the oven, I think they just put it in the over for 30 seconds. It was super chewy and inedible. Terrible location.

If you want a Dunkin, please visit other locations. Avoid this one at all costs.

Got 2 iced coffees this afternoon and they were disgusting. Tasted completely burnt, no favoring, no cream, and barely any ice at all. I went in to get new ones and Mark said he wasn't doing it. Asked for a refund - he wasn't doing that either. Then took my coffees in the back of the store where I could not see them for some reason even though the cups, ice, cream, flavors, etc. are all right next to where I was standing. His coworker went in the back and came out laughing and smiling at me. Mark came back doing the same and said all better. Now the iced coffees looked worse and had zero ice in them. I threw them out because I don't know what he did with them back there and he was yelling at me about 2 coffees that were literally not even drinkable. It's also protocol to make a new drink especially after someone has drank out of the cup because now you are contaminating the spoons you use to mix the drinks. I have had a ton of issues with this Dunkin' recently. This location already has a horrible reputation because of the service and old food. I will not be wasting my money here again.
