I've come to this restaurant often,as I'm a store manager at a store near hereand received a frozen refresher. I came today and was told by Christina that I couldn't get the 4 I was purchasing for myself and staff frozen. Disappointed. Different shifts do different things I guess because I normally come in the morning.

Horrible customer service experience this morning. I think the white girl that works there should realize you on the wrong side of town for running your mouth. I think she should be reprimanded and or fired. You just lost a customer because of her. I don't think your employees should be standing around having conversations when their orders the pass out to customers. I will not be returning anymore.

This is a good Dunkin location! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My favorite is the Chai tea. I also really like that they have oat milk as an option for people who are lactose intolerant or vegan.

I went in for a dozen donuts for my grandson, and it was so clean and all the staff was great, but Dianne and Ms Brown were top notch for me, my grandson is autistic and they were the best with him, so patient and kind, that was the first time I had stopped there, but it definitely won’t be my last, thank you again Dianne and ma brown.

I think Starbucks is over rated.
I feel this specific outlet has friendly people ,less stressful and provide a grounded and real experience.I ordered Protein latte with unsweetened coconut flavor.I love unsweetend coffee so I enjoyed the smell,the flavor and the texture.I also ordered a coffee roll which was also tasty.

Looks abandoned inside and out. No outside lights, windows spray painted black, inside under construction. Was scared to even order a coffee.

Very disappointed with my last visit. My very simple order of 3 frosted donuts was inaccurate. When I tried to correct it the staff had an issue with it. Seems like a recurring problem that orders are not correct which was the original reason why stopped going to this location. Definitely not going back.

11/6/2025 - gave this place another chance and a disappointment once again. I cannot believe the avocado toast with little bacon that I paid for. I will not be coming back to this location it is ridiculous if the owner is instructing his workers to give a small amount of bacon. My loyalty will stay with the Bellaire and chimney rock!’

This is maybe my 4 time at this location. It is on my way to work. The first two times I came my order was always missing something. The third time was great. This time I asked for extra bacon and paid $1.00 extra. And when I opened the box to look it my mouth dropped. It looks normal I have added the picture of the other location that I love going to you are able to see the difference.

Ordered delivery today and my order was entirely wrong. The half dozen donuts were missing, the sausage egg and cheese instead had bacon and hash browns in it? It seems zero attention was paid to what I specifically ordered and paid for. Not okay to give the customer whatever you decide and not communicate in advance or provide any alternatives. Will not order here again. I try to support local businesses but shouldn’t have to give up basic customer service expectations in order to do so.
