Looks abandoned inside and out. No outside lights, windows spray painted black, inside under construction. Was scared to even order a coffee.

Very disappointed with my last visit. My very simple order of 3 frosted donuts was inaccurate. When I tried to correct it the staff had an issue with it. Seems like a recurring problem that orders are not correct which was the original reason why stopped going to this location. Definitely not going back.

11/6/2025 - gave this place another chance and a disappointment once again. I cannot believe the avocado toast with little bacon that I paid for. I will not be coming back to this location it is ridiculous if the owner is instructing his workers to give a small amount of bacon. My loyalty will stay with the Bellaire and chimney rock!’

This is maybe my 4 time at this location. It is on my way to work. The first two times I came my order was always missing something. The third time was great. This time I asked for extra bacon and paid $1.00 extra. And when I opened the box to look it my mouth dropped. It looks normal I have added the picture of the other location that I love going to you are able to see the difference.

Ordered delivery today and my order was entirely wrong. The half dozen donuts were missing, the sausage egg and cheese instead had bacon and hash browns in it? It seems zero attention was paid to what I specifically ordered and paid for. Not okay to give the customer whatever you decide and not communicate in advance or provide any alternatives. Will not order here again. I try to support local businesses but shouldn’t have to give up basic customer service expectations in order to do so.

There were flying on the donuts In the case.I told the clerk to take the three out the flys were on.He ignored me and continued to put them in the bag.I asked for a refund and left

Every time I come to this location they hand me my coffee with nasty caramel and everything all over it. As if they're not cleaning their hands the cup is always nasty with stuff running all down it. I always have to ask for an additional cup and lid thats not dirty to pour it in. Just gross. I wish there was a cleaner location nearby. These employees are nasty.

I don’t know if it’s just me/my order but each time I’ve gone, they’ve gotten my drink wrong, causing me to drive back to get my order right.

Besides that, employees are always nice + helpful when it comes to taking order, remaking my order & preparing it.

I had the $6 special. I changed the bread to a croissant, added flavored syrup or creamer to my coffee, and added an extra order of hash browns. There are simply not enough hash browns/rounds in a single order.

gave them another chance at this location and they tried to upcharge my coffee at the drive thu window when i can order the drink on the app for 3 dollars less.

Honestly very disappointed. I waited 40 minutes for a box of coffee and 6 breakfast sandwiches. I loaded everything in my car only to realize someone had the coffee cup of cream on its side which spilt all over my brand new car. Would never go back. They kept saying I was waiting on food but the food was still cold when I got it. Terrible customer service.
