Got service by Sherlyn today. Sorry if there’s miss spelling. She did great communicating with my son on what he wanted. She also was training someone on the register and did a great job in doing so. Awesome service. Met the owner and he was very down to earth. He also talked to my son and was very kind. This kind of experience goes a long way with me, especially when it comes to my family. Awesome place!

Drinks are a hit or miss depending on how they are feeling, they may or may not read the label on the cup but they will be sure to burn your sandwich. If you contact customer support they will offer maybe 5 or 10% credit back.

I did not catch the young girl with braids that gave me my order. But I come here at least twice a week and she always gives me my order. She always has a smile on her face and has the best customer service attitude. I love this location even if it’s a bit further then the one by my house.

Ober charge. No good
No inconsistently. If you order the same thing every day from this location, it will be different more than half of the time. It doesn't matter if it's coffee or something else. They also don't make the drink they should be done according to menu.

Customer service is hit or miss especially in the mornings. Don’t ask too many questions and don’t be indecisive you will get a rude attitude and terrible customer service for whoever takes your order. It’s usually mornings it’s really bad. Treat people the way you want to be treated. You don’t like customer service get a different job!

Tried Dunkin’s matcha drink twice, and both times were a bit of a letdown. The first time, it tasted almost entirely like milk—barely any matcha at all due to color as well. The second time was better, but I had to finish stirring it myself because the matcha wasn’t fully mixed.
Overall, it’s just not worth it for me. For around $6, I’d rather spend that at a spot that actually whisks the matcha and leaves it balanced &flavorful.

Person working the window around 8pm on 5/6 was rude for no reason, aside from that interaction when we asked for a frozen chocolate she mentioned their machine didn’t work and when we asked for other drink options she said only mocha iced coffees where available.
You can't trust a doughnut shop that doesn't make their on doughnuts on premises. If you have doughnut in your name, make your own doughnuts! Went once and was told they were out of plain glazed 👀👎🏼🤔😢

How hard is it to have 2 people running registers? How hard is it to make coffee and serve donuts? I only ask because yall make it seem difficult. Slowness is what yall run on. Seriously what is wrong with yall?
