I visited this location around 10:30 AM, and the barista at the window had one of the worst attitudes I’ve encountered. Instead of communicating clearly, she spoke in a rude and condescending tone for no reason. If a customer has a question, the response should be helpful, not dismissive or impatient. Basic respect and customer service should be standard, especially in a role that involves direct interaction with people. She needs to work on her communication skills and learn how to explain things properly instead of making customers feel like an inconvenience. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to return.

Great location , right next to 290 , drive trough is always moving fast , they have the $5 breakfast deal! Bacon wrap with cold or hot coffee! A deal you can’t miss! Staff Always welcoming and friendly! Keep up the great work

Ordered two coffee's. First they went to make them cold. Second, I had ordered two different coffee's. They went to make them the same. Then the second coffee was black. I don6 understand how you can be in customer service and not listen to the customer. Will not be coming back here. Customer has gone downhill here very quickly.

We got here on Chritmas day. At 1:09pm there were no donuts. We drove 15 minutes to get here. They close in 51 minutes!

Today 12/16/2024 at 7:40 pm I spoke to employee name Akash. Aside from having a horrible customer service the employee had horrible hygiene in a sincerity I should call the City of Houston & report this incident due to health code violation. The first drink that Akash made was perfectly fine but the mistake was that I’ve asked for light ice which he failed to do when I asked to re do the order all he did was remove the ice & he added milk during that process I’ve witnessed him touching his beard which the drink that he “ remade “ on top of tasting purely milk I noticed a small hair from his beard in the drink which was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Honestly this has left a horrible taste in my mouth both literally & metaphorically I’ve always ordered the Holiday Cookie Ice Signature Latte in the mornings which they always do it amazingly delicious but this time I’ve went in the evening & staff their just didn’t meet my expectations. I recommend to go in the mornings where they’re more welcoming & attentive it seems like the afternoon - night staff customer & food service isn’t the same standards as in the morning.
People were nice and Friendly!! Bathroom needed cleaning and they had some little sugar ants on the counter and hardly any coffee stocked in bags to buy!! Oh and I asked them for 2 orders of hashbrowns and the Lady said their kitchen was closed due to doing inventory!!

However, some menu items are missing; but it's still Dunkin's best option in the area.
