i usually go to the one on scarsdale but i went to this one since i was in the area last night. the coffee was great but i was not met with good service. the guy that was working the drive through was not friendly and had an attitude and made me feel unwelcome or like i was doing something wrong for ordering a coffee. i’m usually not one to complain either but i have so much empathy for food service workers since i work food service as well but the attitude was completely dismissive and disrespectful. will not be returning and i had 100 days of free coffee at this location and it sucks because id love to get my free coffees but not if it comes with a side of attitude!!!

Dunkin Donuts drinks are cheaper and better than Starbucks brand. You can smell there brewing down the street before you get there. I go there everyday before I log on to Peered Socially 💜 Purple!!!!!

Came at drive thru. Bought a croissant and bottled soda. Ask at the window for a small cup of ice was told I had to pay for the cup. That’s ridiculous I just spent $10 on two things and now I have to pay for the cup of ice. I get it if people just come in asking for free stuff but I bought something already. So annoying and bad customer service of DUNKIN. They didn’t even put napkins in my bag. There was no line at the drive thru nor cars parked so I know they were not busy.
