Came at drive thru. Bought a croissant and bottled soda. Ask at the window for a small cup of ice was told I had to pay for the cup. That’s ridiculous I just spent $10 on two things and now I have to pay for the cup of ice. I get it if people just come in asking for free stuff but I bought something already. So annoying and bad customer service of DUNKIN. They didn’t even put napkins in my bag. There was no line at the drive thru nor cars parked so I know they were not busy.

Drive from Seabrook every morning for Latte. The drive through employees are very professional and nice. A very special shout out to Daisy! A true shining star. Dunkin, you are very fortunate to have an employee of this magnitude!!!!!

Couldn't even get the order correct and it's everytime I go through the drive through and they always catch everything I say but never get the actual order on top of everything I go inside to grab the order that SHE forgot and I asked to receive my order and she gave attitude saying I GAVE THEM 3. Terrible everything service and place this was my last straw with this place
