I’ve always appreciated the consistency and service at your stores. I regularly visit the Fry Rd location in Cypress, TX, and have always had a positive experience there.
However, I recently visited a different location at 10220 Louetta Rd, #700, Houston, TX 77070, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
When I arrived at the drive-thru window, I noticed that my matcha drink had been made with whole milk instead of the milk option I requested. I politely asked the team member at the window to remake it with the correct milk. During this interaction, I also noticed that she was not wearing gloves while handling my food and drink.
When I asked why gloves weren’t used , especially when handling food the team member stated that she didn’t take the original order because she had just returned from the restroom. I explained that this was even more reason why hygiene practices such as wearing gloves are essential, especially in food service.
Unfortunately, instead of addressing the concern professionally, the employee responded with a dismissive attitude and mentioned that she was one of the managers. She also stated that she didn’t care if I filed a complaint. Naturally, I returned the food and asked for a full refund given the circumstances
This experience left me deeply concerned about the cleanliness standards, food safety practices, and customer serviceat this particular location. As a paying customer, I expect food to be handled safely and respectfully, and for concerns to be addressed appropriately not dismissed.
I will not be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope that you will take the time to retrain the staff on hygiene protocols and customer interaction expectations. Other customers deserve to feel confident that their food is being prepared safely and professionally.

Don’t go or order from this location the managers are rude and the workers do not care about making the customers happy. I ordered online on the app 15 minutes before heading to the store then when I got there they told me that it will take 30 minutes for my order to be ready then I waited for 45 minutes my order still wasn’t ready. Then I complained to the manager and she didn’t care

The worst coffee and doughnuts. I couldn't even drink the iced coffee. Doughnuts were stale.

Ridiculous how people give attitude while working. I cant get a simple coolatta done well. Ive been to many locations and this one by far was the worst! The blond haired kid just straight up didnt do my coolatta again. Ridiculous. This legit tastes extremely sour

Used to have good service, now ill probably never return here. My order was taken as if she was doing me a favor oror Food sat at the wi dow open while she chatted with coworker. Open the bag HSN of my bacon was inside the bag vs on the sandwich. Hire better
I left my wallet in this store by mistake. When I realized it I called the store and they had my wallet. I was pleasantly surprised and so very grateful. Thank you to the staff that was working today. 😊

Tell me why I ordered my matcha with 3 pumps of french vanilla and it is straight milk. i usually get more matcha flavor with this order but it is quite literally straight milk. bruh im disappointed.
