I usually have a good experience here. Today however idk what happen to the girl at the window handed my my coffee at an angle and it poured into my sleeve. So mind u I’m on my way to work, jacked sleeve soaked w coffee, arm sticky, i ask for napkins and she proceeds to clean the coffee cup she was handing me while im in in the driveway taking my coat and watch off, I’m cleaning my pants which somehow got coffee on them too. Having to go into the office with coffee stains not cool. All she says is I’m sorry and continues cleaning the coffee while I have to ask her again for napkins. I’m not rude or do i have an attitude etc. i try to befriend my baristas due to me being a Daily customer but i have failed to do that because they give no room for friendly courtesies.

Can not heat up donuts, workers playing very loud music with lots of cuss words, totally inappropriate for this type of business. Not friendly at all, over charged me, charged for 2 milks when was 1 but I didn't fell like getting into with them.

Idk what it is here. Quality should be highest during peak morning hours, so why do yall do better in the afternoon? This morning my bacon was ice cold because yall put it between two iced coffees instead of in the bag with only one. And since when does a medium iced coffee come with 1/1? It's supposed to be 3/3. I ask for extra extra, they give me 1/1. Yall need to focus and stop doing dumb things that could be avoided. Who puts hot food in a cold bag? Bag 👏 food 👏alone👏. Lazy.

Picked up iced coffee here, and it was horrible. Took 2 sips and threw it away when I got home. What a waste. If you like coffee that tastes like watered down old coffee grounds, this is the place for you.

its 630am and after walking 20 min, we gave up, three staff members inside for 30 min, doing everything but opening the shop. 4 people outside, the staff didnt even acknowledge us. They never opened up, never even looked our direction. I recommend Karma Kolache just up the street

I’ve been loving the mango pineapple refresher with lemonade.
Coffee is really good and a cheaper option compared to Starbucks. It's usually very quiet and a good place to study. It's often less crowded and has more open tables than other coffee places.
