I don't know whatever happened to Dunkin over the years, but their donuts now taste terrible, some even sour. Service was mediocre at best and the staff looked as though they never ever wanted to actually work to get paid. They really didn't want to be there and it showed. In turn, that made ME not really want to be there. We will never buy Dunkin Donuts again.

Came through the drive thru for the second day in a row & wasn’t properly greeted either time. All they say is “yeah” and wait for you to say your order. Not a “hi, welcome to Dunkin” or anything. If customer service isn’t your strong suit, find a different job or a better attitude.

What a bad service, the lady who gave me the bag with the food, just threw it and it fell to the ground, she didn't even come out to pick it up or apologize, she should better look for another job. And unfortunately there is no one who can put those people in their place, I will never set foot in that place again.

They only had one person working the entire store, they were very accommodating and sweet but clearly need more help. Food was fine.
Google said they closed at 9 PM, I arrived at 8:50 PM. On July 31, 2024 store was closed. Employee gave me cut gesture, at the attempt of opening the door. So I had to go on Spring Cypress they close at 10 PM.
Came back on Aug 17 as a walk in and your better off going to the drive thru because the staff were not paying attention to the front counter and were both prioritizing my order, they even forgot about me. SMH

Did a pick up order 20 minutes in advance so I could be in and out. When I walked in the younger girls were looking at me up and down, just laughing and talking. Ended up waiting regardless, all for the guy working the drive thru to give me the drink that was there all along! Shoutout to him, as for the girls we could do better…
