Beware that they have a zero tolerance policy for lateness for their pilates session. I had already paid and lost the session, because I was 2 minutes late.
I want to first start by saying this place is the best for pilates and fitness in general. I remember when I started in March 2023 I didn't know where to start. I tried other pilates studio and my co-worker told me about Duo. From the first day I knew this would be my pilates home. All of the instructors are kind and you can tell they really love helping people and have a passion for fitness. They even have hybrid classes and spin at the new studio in Autry park! I'm so glad I found this place. And the new studio is awesome as well. I cannot express in my review how much this place changed my life. The only thing I wish is that I left a review sooner! If you are looking for a awesome fitness community and coffee in Houston definitely check out Duo!

Took a Pilates class here and the instructor was rude and didn’t explain the techniques well. Other students were completely lost also. Days later I was charged for a missed class even though I showed up before it even started. In Houston there is a Pilates studio on every corner. I will definitely not be coming back and would not recommend this place.
I booked a Pilates class over (class pass) and got to the studio at 11:29 am for a 11:30 am class. The lady at the front desk clearly saw me run into the restroom really quickly. (I am on my cycle, so I had to change and do some maintenance). By the time made it back in, it was 11:31 am. She refuses to let me in, offers no reimbursement nor conflict resolution. My thing is I don't know if it was an instance of racism or a power trip, regardless it was incredibly unprofessional for an establishment to offer no alternative. The woman at the front desk was clearly unfit to work there based on her attitude and other things...

Croissants 🥐🥐🥐🥐 (Really good)
Coffee ☕☕☕ ☕☕ (Excellent)
I liked a lot this coffee place, the service is good and fast. The croissants are really good and the coffee is excellent. They provide ceramic cups and stainless steel plates and water cups for dine in, which I like a lot. Definitely a great spot.

Canceled a class right before it started no call or anything to let me know could’ve saved my time driving here and could’ve done another workout for the day. I was trying to find a home Pilates place and I would never come back here again. Poor communication: asked the reason for cancellation and it was because only one person signed up. You knew that before 12pm today versus me showing up at 130 just to cancel. Never again. Don’t waste your time.
A wonderful cafe with a great atmosphere for getting work done. It's nice, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming
Would highly recommend! Donald was so helpful and genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. Great drinks, music and vibes were good and the space was very cute! Definitely will be back

Duo is truly special—I loved it so much, I took a job there for over two years! I’m focusing on my kids right now, but I definitely miss working there. The community is incredible, and the team of instructors is the best you’ll find anywhere. The aesthetic of the studio is unbelievably beautiful, creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere every time you walk in. The owners are amazing, genuinely good people who truly care about the experience they provide. Plus, the café experience is equally as delicious, with great options that perfectly complement the vibe. Duo is more than just a studio—it’s a place where you feel like you belong.

No matter how well you package something up with great marketing, quality and craftsmanship cannot be masked. I have tried multiple drinks from here because I really want to like it but have been disappointed each time to the point of throwing out my drinks. The lavender syrup was the problem with my first iced latte, it tasted like if essential oils were added to coffee. I tried to opt out of syrups the second time by ordering a cold brew, but it was way too acidic given that cold brews are supposed to air on the smooth side.

Had a terrible experience here today. I came to my Pilates class on time, signed the waiver and was assigned a machine. Class began and minutes after I was asked to leave abruptly. The employee then proceeded to lie to my face and say my class was canceled by class pass. Which is false because I double checked before entering the building. They clearly overbooked and favor the clients who purchase classes directly making the studio more profit. This establishment cannot keep track of reservations and I would not suggest booking here unless you enjoy a waste of time and disappointment. I would’ve appreciated acknowledgement of the situation. Terrible costumer service
Great cafe, only gripe would be their matcha. They seem to serve culinary grade (grade suitable for cooking) and have it in a clear container exposed to light. For the prices here, one would expect ceremonial grade.

The baristas here are so amazing and they make duo my favorite coffee shop, and the coffee is 10/10
‘My coffee was not great in terms of flavor / consistency… (also pricy) my particular barista didn’t seem thrilled to make the drink.
Good music / vibe overall
