This review is solely for the Reformer Pilates classes they offer. It was my first time at this studio yesterday, and the instructor Nataly was so welcoming, clear with her cues, and provided challenging moves! The vibe of the studio is really nice and I really like the neon lights and the music (I know that might be jarring for some people, but it really helps with the workout!). I didn’t super like that my reformer didn’t have a mirror directly in front of it, so I hope they change that. It’s great that they are on Classpass and also offer such competitive prices for classes, which makes them accessible. They had ample parking and I grabbed a cappuccino on the way out which was delicious!

Has been my favorite coffee place for the past year. Good music, friendly atmosphere, and my favorite thing is they have always allowed dogs inside. It’s perfect for those walking along the bayou with their dogs and getting a coffee after. I have a golden retriever and it is one of his favorite places to go and he just lays down in the corner and have never had any issues and see other dogs inside all the time. Today they mentioned only service animals are allowed inside now - guess someone complained. Very unfortunate, guess I’ll be coming less now sadly. Still a great place with great coffee!

Coffee is pretty decent. Well balanced and nice seasonal flavours. Staff has the worst customer service attitude - maybe that’s why they have such a high turnaround. No “hello” or eye contact. And then the audacity to ask for a tip…

Pilates+ Coffee/Matcha! The both locations have a great coffee shop to get work done or meet up with friends, the Pilates classes are amazing, and the staff is top notch!

great vibes but probably the worst coffee I’ve had in Houston. 😞 the latte and matcha were extremely milky, felt like there was barely any espresso or quality matcha in them.

I wouldn’t recommend this Pilates studio at all. They require you to arrive 15 minutes early and won’t let you participate even one minute late, which defeats the purpose of a scheduled class. I rushed straight from work, drove 25 minutes, and arrived less than 5 minutes past the start time—well within the grace period most studios allow. I had already started my workout when I was tapped on the shoulder and told to leave because I hadn’t arrived early enough for a reformer “intro.” The reformer itself was very basic compared to others I’ve used in my 3 years of Pilates experience. On top of that, there’s no parking, and the studio is hidden in the back room of a coffee shop, which can easily delay you. To make it worse, they refused to give me a refund even though I showed up and didn’t cancel. Overall, extremely disappointing and not worth the stress.

This was DUO on Dallas Street. Ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich and it was the thinnest sandwich I have ever had. The bread was good, but the wow, maybe they only had one tiny slice of turkey and ran out. But for what I paid, (14.00) it clearly was not worth the money. I could have gone (and maybe should have) to Central Market and for $10.00 plus a loaf of bread, I would had a LOT better value.
Also, no electric outlets. Seems odd, but only one in the corner. When was the last time you went to a coffee shop and there were no outlets for charging your computer? Ridiculous. And this could be a simple remedy.

Booked a last minute 24 hours in Houston vacation and found this place on TikTok. I truly couldn’t be happier from the food, coffee and service from Makayla and Jen. The best pumpkin coffee I’ve literally ever had. The lox toast was amazing!! 10/10 recommend, next time I’m in town for a longer stay I’ll be back for the Pilates too. Such a cool concept

Two days in a row I’ve ordered ahead only to find out they don’t have what I ordered on the menu when I arrived. Please update your website!!! Very frustrating.

Always packed bc the workers are insanely slow
Customer services is ok. It can be better. Two guys making annoying noises with a fly killer gun or something similar and the music is annoying. All loud hip hop like you are in a club. A cafe should be a relaxing and quiet experience. Pretty place but it can improve.

I came here for a restorative reformer Pilates class after taking the same class at Autry Park. The class was good but the one thing that really stuck out to me was how uncomfortable the reformer was. I’ve been on many reformers in my life and I found myself constantly having a shift my weight on this reformer because it was so hard and uncomfortable. I didn’t have that issue at Autry Park so I’m not sure what the difference is as I’m not sure if they use the same reformers or not but it was very noticeable for me.
Had the chance to take the first mat Pilates class here and I loved it! Our instructor was so sweet and very clear about form!
Tried their mat Pilates class for the first time and it was really nice
