Honestly, I'm just disappointed with the service here. The cashier stated that I had given her a fake bill but didn't want to show me with the pen that detects counterfeit. I tried to be polite and asked multiple times if they could show me that it was counterfeit but they kept saying that it was in the back. I even specified that I just needed proof that it was counterfeit so that I could dispute it with my bank. But all I received was a very bothersome tone from the lady who had taken my order. They even failed to provide any number to talk to the manager because they stated “We don't give out their personal information” when I asked for their business email not personal. I wasn't even blaming them for taking the bill but I'm upset that they didn't want to show me the proof so that I can dispute it with my bank.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. I paid $10 for one drink and they were rude at the suggestion that I made regarding my drink. They started arguing with me which I find very disrespectful. I have been at other locations and they do not treat their customers in this way.

First time here and the service was sooo fast! The girl at the window was soo nice and friendly and she helped me with deciding what to order. The drink i got was delicious and accurate to the menu. There was almost no wait time from when I ordered to when the drink was handed out the window. I'll definitely be back again!
Edit: I was back again because the drinks here are soo yummy and the staff are always soo nice and helpful! This time I can post photos of the drinks we ordered! :)

I love dutchbros , however It’s currently raining and 60 degrees here in Houston and your employees are out taking orders without the proper coverage. Please provide them with the proper coverage to protect themselves from the weather . I rather wait in a long line than have the staff shivering taking my order .
