We visited this location on a Saturday evening. It was pretty quiet. My daughter put in a mobile order before we got there. We pulled into the location and there is one car in front of us and nobody behind us. We waited to get up to the window to tell the girl that we had a mobile order. She proceeds to tell me to circle the building even though three cars have lined up behind me. So I circle the building thinking she’s gonna bring me out our drink since we’re obviously there before the other three cars behind us AND we put in a mobile order. At the window, I could see there was only one order on her computer screen (our mobile order). Well, that doesn’t happen instead she takes the order of the car that was behind me and proceeds to fill their order. At this point, I go up to the window, I stood at there for about five minutes. I don’t get acknowledged during that time, instead I can see her being chatty and flirty with the guy who was behind me while filling his order. She then made my order and finally brought it to the window. Drinks tasted good but the experience was horrible. I really cannot understand why she asked us to circle the building and proceeds to help people who showed up after us. This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a Dutch Bros.

We were in line well before closing. 15 minutes. There were two cars in front of us, and the girl at the window sat and talked to the car in front of us after they got their coffee for five minutes. Then we pulled up to the window right at ten after waiting in line and the girl was like “sorry, we’re closed.” I work in the service industry and I KNOW that isn’t allowed. Insane.

This was the first Dutch Bros I tried Feb. 2023 I believe! Love the staff! Mels and Brenton are awesome! The crew is cool and I like how they go extra to ask how your day is and chat if they aren’t busy! Cool place anyone would have a blast working at! Drinks are always on point and the food items are delicious!

I dont know why they ask for tips if every time I go they have an attitude and on drop days we have to always ask for it. No other location do I have to ask for anything. Its like begging, she said they are too busy to think about a sticker. I love dutch bros and its right across my job but the staff just sucks there

The full figure young lady with the braids was very condescending and rude. You may want to try something else as if serving the window is not for you. This has been the only location that has been lackluster of customer service.

Dont understand all the good review. Customer serivce was standard. Only drive thru and walk up. Moblie app order was standard, although a default tip of $2 was expected which is 25% or higher, but can remove. MOST IMPORTANT is the drink, the coffee!. Taste like a Mcdonalds coffee, like instant coffee, no taste at all, only caffenie, and the best part u pay triple the price. Got two drinks the eagle and a customize one and both went in the trash full.
