I love this coffee shop and so does my daughter and my puppy . Golden eagle freeze is the best and our favorite. My puppy love the pup cups and they give out free holiday stickers so cute . The workers are kind and fast .
This place is so great, the customer service team is on point. Brook aka “ Trout “ is so awesome. My wife comes here and I didn’t k on what to get her. She really takes time with customers and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Hire more people like her.
I come almost everyday to Dutch bros on my way to work and I order ahead well in advance, about 10 min. When I arrive - as a walk up order, not even the drive thru because i know that’s always busy - and I still have to wait like 3-10 min for them to START making the drink. I don’t mind ordering at the window or even waiting, but why am I ordering ahead then? I just do not understand the point of it.
