Janessa made some bomb chai’s, and they had awesome service! I would recommend this location for sure!! Speed is 10/10.

Had a really disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros drive-through. The line moved painfully slow, my order was wrong, and the drink didn’t even taste good—way too sweet and poorly made. Staff felt rushed and not very attentive, which is surprising given their reputation for friendly service. For the price and hype, this was a letdown. Definitely not worth the wait.(This guy in pic his behavior is so bad ) never back again this location

THE WORST!!! Sat in line for an hour. I’ve never in my life sat and waited in a line this long before and couldn’t even get out of the line. Usually dutch bros are pretty good about being quick but this location is HORRIBLE!!

I’m going to be honest, waiting for a coffee for 30 mins is actually crazy. I walked up to order a drink. I understand first come first serve and including drive through orders your drink is “in line”. I watched the line cycle through and my drink still did not come. I waited 30 mins for my drink to come messed up. Don’t recommend this location.

Went on a Saturday night got in the second line to merge as it tells you to pick the shortest line got to where we were supposed to merge and the Asian man that was working there and taking orders said he couldn’t help us. He had to help the person in the first lane, even though we have been waiting in the merge lane. It doesn’t make sense and I won’t be going back there because I feel like I was targeted because I was an African-American, American woman, and the person another car was a white woman and the Asian man with the white woman wanted it instead of what the black woman wanted it and if that’s what they represent, I will not be coming back here.

This was our first time visiting Dutch Brothers as we don't have one where we are from and honestly we were thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the drinks and the service. The gentleman who was outside taking orders was very accommodating in explaining the menu and offering recommendations, and that was perfect because we enjoyed our drinks very much. Overall it was way better than starbucks. Can't wait for it to come to our town.

My first time trying out DB. I have seen their locations and was quite looking forward to the experience. I visited on Sunday morning and found the place to be quite limited. It took a long time to get my simple coffee and waffle waiting in the drive-through line 2 cars left out of frustration due to disorganized process on getting orders It appeared like the place was understaffed. Their Americano was nothing really to brag about and the waffle was ok but did not stand out from other fast food coffee places. I was hoping to be more impressed. I will give credit to the overworked baristas for being nice and communicating my order updates.

Staff is always quick, friendly and engaging. Their coffee is pretty good too. They even have a point system to earn free coffee.

They need to fix their line protocol. Waiting in line for 20 minutes just to have someone pull up in the lane next to me get to order ahead of me is just ridiculous.

The BEST people work here! I was truly a diehard Starbies girl, but Dutchies won me over with their kindness and goodwill. The good vibes, great service, and delicious drinks keep us coming back at least 3x a week! We love coffee and our local Dutch Bros. ☕💙

We pulled up to an empty line at around 11:45am on Monday, December 15th and the lady with curly hair, and glasses, who was running the window took our order. I said light ice 2 times for my drink order, and she handed me my drink that was so full of ice that I could not squeeze the cup at all and I watched as they made it they pushed more ice into the drink which caused spillage on their counter.
When I asked them if they could remake it with light ice and the lady was very rude. They remade the drink and when I said thank you, they did not respond and walked away from the window.

Very displeased with this service as I am a frequent customer and have loved this location since it was opened.
