The açaí bowl was ok. I like that there is bee pollen on it. I would say their juices are priced higher than some of their local competitors and it was difficult to find parking. The customer service isn’t the best and they charged me $5 more in store than their online prices are listed. The kid making the bowl kept stopping and taking orders. Not the most efficient way to get customers in and out. I learned my lesson and probably won’t be returning. I had a $2 off offer and end up getting charged more for the açaí bowl.

I’m disappointed to leave an unpleasant review about this place. It was the closest juice place to me so I went. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted for at least 5 minutes. I ended up having to yell for someone. The person that came from the back was cool. My drink however was horrible. I ordered the punta Paloma which was listed to have strawberry orange mango lime dates and maybe pineapple in it. I tried it as I walked to my car and immediately turned back around to go check the ingredients because the smoothie was EXTREMELY bitter. I basically let 3 people know I didn’t like it and would like to exchange for something else. All three of them looked at me like I was a ghost or something. After about 6 minutes and 4 staff members not knowing what to say or do a manager finally comes out and says there’s no refunds or exchanges, which I didn’t see posted anywhere in plain sight or near the register or on the screen before purchase. Another 5 to 6 minutes of going back and forth with the manger about not being satisfied with my drink and all she kept saying is she could try to fix it. I didn’t want the same drink. It literally tasted like rancid citrus. Nothing else. I asked if I could just exchange for a juice that was already bottled & She stated she would have to call her boss but he would most likely say the same thing about not exchanging or refunding which I feel isn’t right considering the type of business this is. The manager finally agreed to make a different smoothie but because of the service I received and the quality of the first drink i received I did not want another smoothie and a refund wasn’t an option so she finally just let me exchange for the super berry lemonade which tasted better than the smoothie for sure. Although I feel like the staff could have handled the situation better, it’s not their fault at all. They all seemed very timid & maybe even afraid of their boss based off of their body language. I definitely won’t be returning or recommending the company or location.

Earthcraft released my Uber Eats order to the wrong courier and refused to remake my order. They had everyone waiting for 30 minutes to tell us that they will not remake our order. Very unprofessional.

Not the greatest of experiences smoothie was watery and didn’t have a great taste and wanted to swap for something else but was told it’s not their policy. Service is clearly the issue here. Staff seems uncomfortable with said policy.
All in all not a great place for hospitality

Bad service.
I wasn’t asked the type of agave I’d like added to my drink as is listed on the menu
According to the menu I have the option of light, medium or extra. Amounts of agave. However I was never asked. The girl who took my order just assumed I wanted medium /normal.
I’m allergic to agave and when I realized it was going to be added, I asked for it remade without it and was told they wouldn’t do that. So I asked for a refund because I was never asked the level of agave. So why the heck did the girl just assume?
I asked for a refund and was told the only way to remedy was to get a refund.
Also, the girl who took my order was VERY un educated about what your supplements contain.
I asked if there were seeds in your collagen booster and she didn’t know. She didn’t event try to run back to look at the ingredients. She just stood ther after replying “I don’t know…”
She finally asked a co worker who answered but her initial lack of effort was disconcerting.
Same issue for the protein booster. She had no idea and didn’t try to find out.
I’d avoid this place if I were you.

This place needs management. They have a great product but the service is terrible. There usually no one behind the counter and it takes forever to get your smoothie. The place still had Halloween decorations up in April.

the best acai bowl in houston, but i also decided to try the matcha bowl. i personally loved it, but note that it’s very strong in matcha flavour!
I went to the complex to pick up something at another store. Earthcraft juicery was nearby so I looked up the menu and decided to go get a smoothie. I picked victor’s secret since it was one of the highlight items. I like peanut butter in my smoothies too. I really enjoyed the smoothie. Consistency was very good. I haven’t had a good restaurant/cafe purchased smoothie in a long time. I was surprised but not surprised that the small was close to $10. Note: the pics of the menu on google and their website is not up to date.

Been going to earthcraft for years and it’s been over 3 times in the past month where they mess up my order. They don’t have the same service as they did when they first opened. Drove 45 minutes to deliver an order to come to find out it was completely wrong. I called to express how I was a loyal customer and that I wanted a refund. They denied it so I’ll no longer be coming back. I always leave 20% tip and still it didn’t matter to them. Future customers double check your orders before leaving bc 7/10 they will be wrong. Mona was my who I checked out with so make sure if your in galleria to not go to that location.
