Beautiful vibes. Bartenders are kind and recommend delicious drinks. I think I had the house cocktail and it was fruity + refreshing.
The music was just what we needed to enjoy the evening. People are lovely, too! Will be visiting again 💕✨

Unfortunately did not have the best time at Echoes. I’ve been a few times back when it initially opened and had a great experience but last night absolutely ruined it. I have zero clue who the waiter was for last nights Sade event but it felt like they were flat out ignoring us. We found a table and sat down, waited a 10ish minutes before we went to the bar to order a drink. I guess we can’t order a drink at the bar because the bartender told us the waiter would take the order. Okay, cool, no worries. We proceed to wait 50 minutes before I finally decide to wave the waiter over our way. They proceed to just hold their finger up as in to wait a minute. Keep in mind, we have seen them help 3 other tables between the time we interacted with the bartender and then the wave to the waiter. Those 3 other tables had come in AFTER us. It was very clear the waiter was ignoring us and we have zero clue why. The music was good though, glad we got to enjoy a bit of that but we ultimately left after the last interaction with the waiter.

So, I don’t come to echoes for the drinks, not that they’re bad, they’re happy is pretty good, but because the music is what at its heart. I love this place, I’ve gone here alone, on dates, I’ve met people here, but it’s the cast of musicians that they host that really brings me back. It’s a heart of Houston and it’s fun! These kinds of spaces is what’s needed in Houston and we’re truly blessed to have them here. Not to mention Ice House radio down stairs which he can oftentimes feel the speakers underneath you. This is cool place, check it out if you haven’t.
