Horrible service. I was with a group and we all had to ask for things several times and/or orders were incorrect. I had to ask for water 3 times before I finally got it. Then, I ordered a drink with 2 breakfast tacos without bacon and after forever they come out with one taco WITH bacon on it. I also never got my drink so I just told them to cancel the order in its entirety and sat there with water for the time we were there.

This was my pick for our girls dinner date night and it was kind of a bust. Maybe because we were there within the happy hours it seemed as if no one wanted to take our order. We had some drinks, I ordered from their Houston Food Bank menu, none of the prices advertised were honored. Not HH not the HFB menu. We paid our tab and left. No reason to come back for me.

Man this place is awesome. Y'all stay away so I can get a table. Elana Vann of Quiote fame has an amazing cocktail program and the space itself is just amazing- big sliders open onto a balcony. Parking across the street. Menu is strong - eggplant tempura was great and the pork skewers too. The three dips are great. Live music started at 9 and was great.

We finally tried Echoes and can't stop going back. The food, drinks and vibes are just spot on. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The gyro Thursday special is as close as being in Athens you can get. This spot should be a Montrose staple as it fits the neighborhood perfectly.

So happy I ran across Echoes. A happy hour that goes until 7 with delicious craft cocktails and nice appetizers that have big portions and great quality. We got 4 drinks and the fries, dip trio, ands spanakopitas. I usually don't like smoky food but the red pepper walnut dip is my favorite. Fries were hot with a great garlic sauce. The spanakopita wasn't the best I've had but you get a lot for $9. For drinks we got the mother of pearl (real earthy, nice but wouldn't get again), the sensacional (my friend said was refreshing and strong), the La Carchaca (even better tequila drink my friend said) and the Take a walk on the wild cider (I love cinnamon. One of the better warm cocktails I've had). I look forward to coming back for the brunch and live entertainment late nights. Newly opened and I hope they are successful with a great second floor space with a patio and quaint inside. The servers were super cool and attentive too!

My husband and I live close and decided to have a date night here the other evening. We wondered why we hadn't been before! We came right at the tail end of happy hour and ordered ourselves the three dip trio and two of their house cocktails. The service was great- all of the workers there were very kind. Shoutout the the manager, Nate, and Jackson. Everyone was so kind to us, the food was delicious and so were the drinks. We left before the live music at 9PM, but thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back again!

Echoes is TINY. My typing is bigger than their floor space. I went for an event. Easily half the tiny floor space they did have was limited seating. The bar I could barely even see. I planned on dinner and at least one drink. As is, I left in under 10 minutes only having a water because there was a crowd crush and no decent place to stand or sit. I have no idea how the service is. The door guys were nice, so I guess the staff is cool.

A few friends had mentioned they were interested in trying out this restaurant/bar sand since we couldn't find anyway to make a reservation online (nobody answered when we tried to call) we figured we'd just show up.Upon arrival, we noted this location has a parking lot across the street and there is limited street parking. It's also important to note it's on the second floor. The elevator was out of order so if you have someone who's handicap in your party I'd recommend calling in advance to ensure accessibility. We were able to sit immediately upon arrival, but elected to be outside as it's quite noisy inside and there was a live band setting up too. We figured we'd be unable to hear ourselves talk if we stayed inside.Food and Drink - 3.5*We chose the trio of dips and smoked eggplant tempura for appetizers. Both were good, but nothing overly impressive. For main dishes our party chose the ribeye tacos, souvlaki plate, and roasted shrimp pasta. We enjoyed each, but the ribeye tacos were notably the favorite. The drinks were all great, with the gin and tonics being the hits of the table. Service - 4.5*Since we sat out on the patio, there was far less people given the cooler temperatures, which led to a bit longer of a wait to get food or drink orders. That said, the bartender, who was doubling as our server, was attentive to our needs. He seemed incredibly busy given how much was going on inside.Cost - 4*Again, always subjective, but in my view the pricing here was a plus. All the dishes and drinks were priced well, nothing overtly exorbitant. Overall - 3.5*I'd put this at 3.5*, but with the drinks and service I'll give it the edge to 4*. I don't think we'd come here again just to eat unless it was for a quick bite, but it is worth a visit for drinks and live music if that's something you're looking for.

Echoes cafe has both amazing drinks and food. They made me an amazing gin drink that was extremely refreshing. We got a few appetizers to split and everything was good. Definitely a great place with lots of outdoor seating too.

Me and my husband had dinner there last Friday. I think the pita bread, the cocktails and the Tres Leches Cake (special) were exceptional. Everything else was good. It's a laid-back place. The service is great, and we would come back to see them.
