Disgusting experience overall.
The bed was full of stains.
Food was served late and cold.
Staff didn’t even apologize once.
Felt cheated for the price I paid.
Strongly advise everyone to avoid!

No one cared about our complaints.
Extremely unprofessional service.

So disappointed in this place.

I failed to get most names but all of the folks who served me in the time I was here were fantastic - kind, hospitable, and exemplary service with each visit. Notably there was a sweet gal with a pony tail, as well as gentleman named James, who were so kind when I came in 20 minutes to close.
Regardless of the time of my visit, the service here has consistently been outstanding and overtly “customer first.” I would visit time and time again just for that, but their tacos are pretty fire too.

Good food and very nice pepole. The sauces were very good. And it’s in the center of Huston.

Ordered breakfast food was good just too expensive for a typical meal.
James is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met. Not just at Edgar Hermanos, but anywhere. He remembers your name, your friends’ names, what you drink, and probably what you were venting about last time. From the moment you sit down, it feels like catching up with a best friend who actually listens. That kind of consistency and energy is rare, and it’s the reason I became a regular almost instantly.
Martha deserves her own spotlight too. Her drinks always hit, and the margaritas she makes for me are easily some of the best I’ve had. She’s locked in every time.
And the food? Never had a bad plate. Edgar Hermanos is a true gem, and with people like James and Martha behind the bar, it’s on another level.
First time here thx to Houston Symphony recommendation and perks. Located In hotel. Nice nice place. Another cool looking bar deck outside too. Waiter James outstanding friendly kind patient and thorough. Food really good esp nachos. Nice drinks. Comfy booth. Great story of owner.
