James is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met. Not just at Edgar Hermanos, but anywhere. He remembers your name, your friends’ names, what you drink, and probably what you were venting about last time. First time here thx to Houston Symphony recommendation and perks. Located In hotel. Nice nice place. Another cool looking bar deck outside too. Waiter James outstanding friendly kind patient and thorough. Food really good esp nachos. Nice drinks. Comfy booth. Great story of owner.

I came to the bar tonight to grab a quick night cap and watch the Rockets game. The same is really nice and welcoming. I ordered a Classic Old Fashioned. I really appreciated the attention to the cocktail as it is easy to make and easier to mess up.
