I frequent this location often. I wanted to shout out a new employee named Alex. She was very friendly and kind. She was patient with my frequent mind changes. Just wanted to say thank you!!

I live in the area. Giving 2 stars because no matter how many chances I give this place I am continually let down. They NEVER get my food order correct. All I do is ask for the Farmhouse with the spread on the side. It is either still on the sandwich or not at all.

I went here for bagel day that is on 15 Jan and when I ordered I asked whether they have any offer the guy said yes they have free bagel on purchase and when I did the purchase they didn’t give the free bagel and said that you need to mention to the cashier or person who took your payment and didn’t gave me free bagel

My first time coming in and I was overwhelmed by all of the options there were. Aedrean was so helpful in me deciding what I wanted to have, offering recommendations. I decided on the Maplehouse, but substituted for a cheddar jalapeño bagel, for more savory and spice to accompany the maple. It was good, sadly it wasn’t very hot— as you can see in the picture, the cheese wasn’t melted. the bacon and sausage were cold. Although this was unfortunate, it was still good so I’ll be back. I’ll be sure to ask them to make sure it’s hot ;) I work in a restaurant across the street so I’m happy I found this place!

Sue and Terri were extremely nice and helpful. I visit this location frequently, and they tend to run out of the apple cinnamon bagels, one day I went to order my food, and the sandwich wasn't made correctly. So I returned to the store, and Sue and Terry went above and beyond to address my complaint. I would like to thank both ladies for their excellent customer service.

Great location, but on Saturday and Sunday mornings between 9–11am, they always have a hard time keeping up with coffee and milk, they’re always empty. Management should make a checklist and check it every 30 minutes or so... it’s not that hard.
