Good bagels ruined by staff which is more interested in defrauding customers. Do check your invoice as the staff is probably being incentivized for over invoicing by management. When I noticed it and brought it up, first the manager tried brushing it off but when I insisted, he refunded me for the items I never bought but in the process said nothing to the employee who included in my invoice I never ordered or took. That employee was standing on the side and laughing sheepishly with impunity when I caught her fraudulent act.Vegetarian options: Most bagels

It’s ridiculous how their espresso machine never works. I’ve gone there multiple times in the past 6 months and never once has their machine been working. I thought Einstein bagels was better than this, but might as well call them McDonald’s.

Busy, busy, busy! If you want a popular bagel, you better get there early. They sell out pretty quickly! I LOVE their bagels, though! So good!

They always have consistent bagels, and sandwiches. Probably one of the closest franchises that creates a New York style bagel along with some other good baked goods.

Love the place and food. The staff gave me 2 orders instead of one and just paid for it. Don’t want him to get in trouble. They don’t repeat to you the orders. Have to improve

Their bagel sandwiches are amazing. My favorite is the Nova Lox (salmon) bagel sandwich. Also, their coffee is amazing. You have to try out once.

This place is clearly trained to be quick and that's it. They don't care about getting orders right and making the order look presentable. Speed comes at cost of getting orders wrong and crappy prepared orders. Slow and steady wins the race. I think if the service is good, and orders are always right people will be willingly to wait.
