Einstein Bros. Bagels

👍 This Einstein Bros. (EB) is a nice spot tucked away in the Texas Medical Center, specifically within the Methodist Complex.
🤜 While not the restaurant's fault, the nearest entrance is currently being remodeled, which might cause complications for some customers trying to order here.
👍 The bagel tasted just as expected.
🤜 The selection of bagels seemed limited compared to other EBs or specialty bagel shops. When I arrived, there were only about four standard bagel options and a few bagel-variant choices available.
👍 Service was fast, though I imagine it could get very busy during peak hours.
⚠️ A general public safety note: This is an open hospital complex, so diners might encounter panhandlers, homeless individuals, or those experiencing mental health issues. This is not the restaurant's fault, but something to be aware of.
👍 The staff was polite and appeared to handle any undesired guests quickly and professionally.
🤜 Some tables were a bit dirty, but it seemed like the staff was busy as the restaurant steadily got busier.

Laura was so cheerful and friendly at 6am. It was a lovely experience after having slept overnight in the hospital with a family member. Great team!!

Love this place, but it was difficult to locate. Recommend updating location as google maps leads you to the wrong place. Luckily a nice man walked me over to the correct spot.

Ugh, finally found it and it's not open despite Google noting hours were updated 3 weeks ago. Sunday 9am

Idk but the bagel with the sesame on top tasted burnt. Otherwise, i go here for my carbohydrate needs. This is located at first floor of Walter Tower bldg and the space has floor to ceiling windows. Great for people and car watching.

Food is good, but disappointed in service. The web shows the one in Walter Tower at Methodist Hospital Med Center opens at 6:00, but no on is here and it’s after 6:00. People coming by to get bagel and coffee, but pls e is empty. Again, hours one show it should be open on Saturday at 6:00.

They were not open this morning.

It says open but it’s closed the valet person even told me it’s closed

Located in lobby of Walter Tower. Nice people. Made a big order and the staff saved me money by doing it a certain way.The hashbrowns are freaking delicious. Chive onion on the Everything Bagel is the way to go!
