Food is average but holy cross contamination. Every time I get a bagel with regular cream cheese. Not uncommon to get avocado or other stuff smeared on the side of my bagel as well.

Ordered and paid 8.22 for a bagel sandwich, and they gave me someone else’s order 😂
Sad that I have to check my food to make sure you actually did your job
Einstein Bros. Bagels is a reliable option for a quick breakfast. The bagels are always fresh, and they have a good variety of cream cheeses to choose from. The coffee is also a decent choice to start the day. The service is usually quick, which is great when you're on the go.

When they ran out of something I ordered on grub hub, they were quick to accommodate and let me know!

They mess up my order Every. Single. Time.
Waited 30 minutes to get a bagel and the one of the cashier was rude
Honestly, it isn't the greatest breakfast-ish place on campus but it's not horrific.... I got a cookie though that was a bit sketchy, I honestly don't know if it's the microwave that made it like it is or if it was raw. All I know is that it was gooey and I ate it with a fork... I'd recommend using some other heating equipment other than a microwave (maybe a catering air fryer?)

$10 for the world’s plainest bagel. I have visited the past 2 days and I order a bagel with extra plain cream cheese. Today I noticed that my bill was almost $11. I checked my receipt and “1 bagel with cream cheese” is $3.59 which is right. Then I see “1 add on Einstein” for $4.69 which is more than the entree.
There’s no way extra cream cheese should be that much. Especially when you’re serving broke college students.
Don't have hours, walked around in hot sun just for them to be closed
The coffee is very yummy. Convenient location, but the food has a little bit of an odd taste. Friends have speculated that this location doesn't wash their vegetables. Nothing wrong with the atmosphere, you can watch alot of campus from that hall.
Vegetarian options: The Very Veggie Sandwich is excellent

I ordered a bagel and pastry and paid for it. Then they decided to tell me that they were out of pastries after I paid for it and didn’t offer a refund or anything, not even an apology.
The past few times I've been there the service had been downright intolerable. The staff is disrespectful, both to the customers and to eachother. The work environment they've fostered here has led to them being miserable and projecting their frustration onto their customers. There was a man behind the cashier gaslighting the customer infront of me that they didn't have something that they did infact have and her order was already being taken care of by other staff. She legit saw them grab the bagel she asked for, and then the cashier proceeded to do the same to me. It's not the first time communication has been an issue since they do not seem to want to listen to the customer at all. They truly make you feel small and like you don't want to be there.I'm a manager that consistently emphasizes good customer service and virtually everyone here including the managers need to be retrained or they just really shouldn't be In a high stress job. I understand wholeheartedly that customers are hard to deal with, especially during rush hour, but at the end of the day customer service is part of the job. There is zero reason to take out your frustration on a person who was being nice to you.
