I love this place & been coming for some years. However, I asked them why the trash so small and they said it was the district manager decision. Therefore, to the district manager, this trash can is ridiculous and way too small.

We have been coming here for years, one of our favorite neighborhood places. Best bagels in town! We used to have a shop near by our place, but this one is not too far away from us. Staff is always nice even when they are busy. Coffee is OK. The atmosphere is better when they are not too busy. Parking is limited and it gets tricky during busy hours though. Love their toasted sandwiches and the option to add extra toppings!

James went above and beyond to make sure I got my bagel. I don't get them often, and he was absolutely exceptional in taking care of my order. I tried to give him a tip personally, and he decided to share it with his team.

This is the kinda people who deserve recognition.
