The food was very tasty, and the customer service was top-notch. The owner was very kind, and she kept checking on us and asking if everything was okay, which it was. I would recommend this restaurant to my Dallas peeps and everyone traveling to Houston looking for a tasty Nigerian meal. The price is highly affordable.

This place was the full package! Best experience I’ve had with a Nigerian restaurant in Houston. Food was delicious, did not taste mass-produced, I could tell it was made with care! Portions were large, atmosphere was nice, service was impeccable and FAST. The owners were so kind. We had tried this place once when we were in the area, but had not come back yet since we live all the way in Baytown. We made the 1 hour drive yesterday just for this place because we have not found one that matched the excellence that this place demonstrates. We will surely make the trip to come back. A note to the owners - keep up the amazing work! Your continued success is inevitable

The food at this restaurant is soo delicious- I mean it as I have tried many, many competitors. Try the egusi soup with assorted meat or fish, jellof rice, plantains, moi-moi, and the VERY BEST MEAT PIES of any Nigerian restaurant in Houston so far. The efo riro and okra soup are too notch too. That’s all I have tried here so far.

The egusi and okra soups are AMAZING!!!!! As someone trying African food for the first time I HIGHLY recommend ordering here. The soup has so much flavor and the swallow has a very nice texture. I recommend getting the egusi with goat meat. You will not be disappointed! ?? definitely going to try more menu items!

They were one of the restaurants I used to cater food for my son's birthday/baptism a few months ago. The food was a hit! You can ask them to customize the taste to your liking, i.e. spicy or not, more salt vs less salt or seasoning, etc. Suffice it to say, the service was great!

My first experience with this place was through an order on Uber. Everything was packaged nicely and sealed making it tamper proof. I ordered the Egusi Soup and it was so satisfying. The flavors took me back to my childhood! And the portions are enough for me to have some later. Thank you for sharing your gift with us! The next time I visit this lovely kitchen will be in-person. I need to meet the chef!
Vegetarian options: You can get most dishes with animal protein. Keep in mind that even though you may not visibly have animal protein in your meal, it may be “cooked with” animal protein. There are meat free items on the menu! Like plantains, rice, breads, vegetables, and things like that. Hope this helps!
