Tried El de la Barbacoa food truck for the first time and really enjoyed it. My husband had the tostigordos and I ordered the fajita tacos. I like my tacos plain while my husband gets all the things. Everything had good flavor and the owner was friendly and helpful!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the tosti chips!!! Every time it’s 2am and after a good night at Fabian’s Latin Flavors downtown I always find myself here! The Smokey brisket on my tosti chips with cilantro is enough to please me! The strawberry drinky is also my fav! The owner is the best too! 10/10 😍

The first bite had my rolling back. I got the Gorditorta. Super delicious and Smokey. A very interesting take on barbacoa and I love it. Prices are a little steep for a taco truck pretty worth it. It hit the spot after working a long day.
