Maybe a little pricey for the tickets and what it is, but at least I don't have to own a cat? Very nice setup, doesn't smell too much like cat litter too much. If I was going to stay in Houston, I'd use this service to adopt a cat
We arrived right when they opened at 11 and booked a reservation beforehand. We were given the opportunity to buy treats and snacks or beverages before going in. Prior to being lead into the room, we were given a brief list of rules to follow, such as non running, respecting the cats space, and ensuring one door remains closed before opening another to ensure the cats dont escape, as there are two doors leading to the room of cats.

Overall, I had a nice time—mainly because I always enjoy being around cats. That said, there are a few things worth noting.
To start, I didn’t feel properly greeted upon arrival. I don’t expect a rolled out red carpet, but a simple “Hi, welcome!” would have made a difference. Instead, the first thing I was asked was, “Do you have a reservation?”—with no warm greeting or acknowledgment beforehand. It set a somewhat cold tone right from the start.
