Extremely delicious. It really is like the authentic Hidalgo barbecue and not to mention the belly tacos are delicious. The only thing I gave it 4 stars for is because the food was extremely spicy. I couldn't eat the consommé because of how spicy it was and I could only eat one of the belly taco because of how spicy it was, the same thing happened to me with the tamale because I could only try it.
