Was introducing to a friend that lives in Brazil about Mexican food and Houston culture. Afterwards I got the munchies so I looked up taqueria near me and I came across this joint . Wow! I order the 5 taquitos with the charros and chile toreado on point . I like the chicken better but the charros wow! Although I only got 4 tacos I still give them 5 stars not bad at all and only 7 bucks !

Come by every now and then to get their potato, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos (which are fantastic). Flour and corn tortillas are both good.Also called El Mana Taqueria now.

Their tacos are awesome! Double tortilla and a lot of meat enough to make 2 tacos from one taco! The servers are nice and friendly. Music is nice and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing It feels like being at home. I highly recommend their pork meat in green sauce tacos Aguas frescas are freshly made

This place is a hidden gem. The salsa that comes with the complimentary chips is one of the best in Houston. My buddy and I finished the chips before the food arrived. I usually just east some chips before things get too spicy. I ordered a torta and was not disappointed. Generous but not overly amount of meat. Fresh avocados, tomatoes and lettuce balance things out. I have been back twice. And this place has become a regular lunch place for several in my office. On my return trip, I choose carne guisada. There was plenty of meat. I even made a taco to bring back to the office.
