The only thing I don't share is the music since they play Christian music and with great respect not all of us like it, I would prefer not to listen to anything, and the last times we have gone it has always been hot inside. I don't know if the place is so spacious that You can't feel the air or they just keep it that way, but it's unpleasant since it suffocates a bit...
We have always been there between 12 and 3pm and it has usually not been full… The parking lot is super spacious, it is always clean.

Updated review / Updated review: Let me tell you, this place does not disappoint! My friends from church and I went for a late dinner and the service was impeccable, as usual. I felt very proud that my African American friends wanted to try my country's food. What really made me feel this sense of joyful pride was the quality of customer service, friendliness and beautiful smiles the staff gave us. The staff at EL Katracho on East Freeway is VERY consistent. I have never felt a hint of judgment, prejudice or racism at this establishment as I have at the location at Federal. I'm not saying that maybe one can't feel having those feelings but it definitely hasn't been shown to me or anyone who has visited this restaurant with me Afro Latinos, African Americans or Non-Afro Latinos. ALL restaurants should operate like you. Please keep doing the amazing work you do. Thank you so much!!!

The staff at THIS El Katracho on East Freeway are VERY consistent! I have never felt an inkling of judgement, prejudice or racism at this establishment like I've felt at the Federal location. I'm not saying that maybe one may not feel have those feelings but it's definitely not demonstrated to me or anyone that's visited this restaurant with me Afro Latinos, African Americans or Non Afro Latinos. The ladies here greeted me with a welcoming smile, were dressed professionally and were inviting. I am ashamed to say that sometimes I have to think twice before going to a Honduran restaurant even though I am Honduran. It's more because of the negative attitude that girls who work in restaurants have often given me, but that's not the case here. Quality customer service is extremely important to the success and sustainability of a business. I will be back and sending lots of people to THIS place as often as I can!
