It has been one of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant in my country. Entering and already feeling the failure. The waitress had no knowledge of her own menu. He was asked about horchata and he didn't have the slightest idea about horchata. Asked about bean soup and didn't know either. I still didn't know what I wanted and I was the last to order, I ordered a corn tamale. I ordered my daughter some Honduran tacos and my companions ordered a bean soup with extra meat and a tapado. We also ordered a coffee, a blackberry water, a bottled water and a Katracha horchata. We also ordered some flour tortillas. The Honduran tacos came out with the most horrendous presentation I have ever seen. The chicken inside old and dry. My daughter took three bites. With so much waiting, my companion asked for the bean broth to take away and they brought it to him. My tamale came out and we were still waiting for the tapad. It never arrived. So we asked and the waitress hadn't even taken that order. They tell us to wait about 15 minutes longer than the time we were already in there. Obviously we said no thanks and went on to pay so that even then the waitress was walking around. They are lost in this restaurant. The waitresses know nothing about their workplace and the food is lacking in taste, presentation and quality. We paid and it felt bitter to pay such a high bill to leave there still hungry because if you have read, we only ate the tamale. My daughter took three bites of a taco. The bean broth was to go and my other companion's order was never taken. They train and work in very different ways. What a horrible place. They are not used either to take the order or to feed their clientele.
