Back to what I came for. It’s been years since I first saw this place, and went in to check them out. I honestly did not know what to order because I looked around, and the food I saw at the tables looked too good! Even the menu looked mouth watering!
I decided to just go for a jugo (or smoothie in English), it had a bunch of fruits. I sat down and started to drink it, and couldn’t stop! It was sooooo good! I bought another one and two more for my boys.
We moved away from the area, and always dreamed about drinking their smoothie again. Then I moved back, and went back and told them about the smoothie from many years ago, and I didn’t know the name (I still don’t 😩). The very kind lady suggested one based on the description I gave her, and guess what? My taste buds were in euphoria all over again! Ohhh my God I was soooo happy! 🤣😂🥤♥️
I then ordered a bunch of food for my son, and the El Chavo del Ocho Torta, I loved it, but it was way too big for me! It was really good though!
Of course my kid ate eeeeeverything and kept asking where I got the food from. I told him from the smoothie place from many years ago!
I told him that once my older son comes back to visit, we will all go there again!
To the owner: Could you make the “open” sign on window facing Gessner Rd more visible? It’s too small and barely visible 🙏🏼

Food was very bad and expensive. The tostadas are a bunch of lettuce, hardly any meat, beans or avocado. I have never tried such a bad tostada. El elote was terrible too. They need to put some quality in their food.

Bring the kids here often after park time for a quick snack before heading back home. Sometimes the chips for the hot Cheetos and cheese are stale, but I don’t think the workers can really control what they get delivered, since they are individually packaged single serve bags. The cheesecake and gansitos are top picks for the ice cream flavors! ?
I ordered a bionic, everything was going well until I got to eat the yogurt, a long hair came out, it got tangled in my tongue, I went to complain and they said the hair was mine because they are dry. I didn't even ask for a refund just to be more careful

I ordered some troles (pina loka and mangonada) as well as chips locos (total was around $13/14). I enjoyed both flavors of the troles and the chips locos was good but I don’t think I’m the biggest fan of cueritos. I liked the jicama and peanuts though!
The service was standard but it did take a while for our food to be ready. Overall, it’s not the best I’ve had but it’s decent enough to fix a craving!
