This was actually a great find for ice cream, we tried 4 flavors and they were each amazing. We will come back soon to try more menu items.

Even though the fruit is good, the Customer Service is not, I get there at 7:40 and they turn off the open sign. I get to the door and they say they’re closed when it’s not even 8 PM yet. I ran into the same situation many times because I come from far and try to make it on time and they close before it’s even closing time. They need to update their hours if they don’t wanna close at 8 PM

Very unprofessional! Not only does the cashier get the order the wrong, the older lady in the back making the order starts yelling accusing us of being on the phone while making the order which we weren’t but when did that become a crime. When we asked to correct it they still got it wrong we asked for sauce on the side and the lady puts extra on our corn. It’s sad how an employee just argued with a paying customer and blurted out in a crowded lobby of customers waiting for their orders all of these accusations instead of just correcting the order in a friendly manner and moving on. Anyone going to order here just be alert, this is not a friendly place.

Good customer service, ok snacks, but overpriced and they don’t have the prices on their menu you have to ask about each item. $3.89 for a scoop of ice cream and kids didn’t like it, $8 for frozen juice not shaved ice with syrup like a real snow cone which is what I asked for, disappointed, waste of time and money :(

I ordered a mangonada and the mango was super watery and old, it tasted like it was about to be damaged, plus they put the dowel on me without gloves, I don't use gloves at all

Horrendous experience! If I could, I will put 0. We ordered a GAUAVA and MANGO raspa, the GUAVA raspa was full of hard seeds impossible to eat, we came back to let them know, and ask for a re-do or do something about it. One of the employees didn't want to exchange it, or do anything about it. She EVEN said she will have to paid for it! What kinda of establishment is this, how they handle a food complain! When I ask for her name, she refused to give out her name, I ask for the manager name and she also refused to give it out, the only thing she said was "the owner is MARIA", " that's all information that I'm going to give to you" Also the Mango was not even a 1/8 of the cup.
Also, I order a "Conchitas con todo" which were ok with no problem. But, the customer service in the place is pretty bad and slow. The employees look pretty disorganized, I had to wait almost an hour for a raspa and some chips..... that should said it all!!! I will never go back to this place.

Have been coming here for some time now and just realized I had not done a review on this hot spot ? their menu is full of comfort and healthy food you decide . I enjoy being greeted by the lovely ladies here my undeniable favorites are their fresh juices, shakes and fun drinks.
The usual faves: Papaya shake with a lil bit of honey ? no sugar Picadillo Burrito ? Small order of hot Cheetos and nacho cheese - caution total comfort food these Cheetos ?
The lovely ladies are so kind , I love coming back for more. The space is chill so I enjoy my food there.

Went in for a small 1 scoop cup of ice cream for my son waited for 10 mins and asked how much longer I had to wait since all they had to do was put some ice cream in a cup and the lady said I had to wait 30mins more for some ice cream! When I told her I wasn’t going to wait that much longer for a scoop of ice cream in a cup and that I wanted my money back she still had the audacity to say if I was sure of course I’m sure it shouldn’t take 40 mins for some ice cream
