I called 10 mins before they closed to ask if their kitchen was still open and they said yes. I was only 5 mins away from there and I even asked if I could just place my order by phone so I could just pick it up and pay and go since I know they were ready to go home but they said they couldn’t but I could still come in. When I got there they said they couldn’t do food anymore because they were closing. Made me waste my time rushing there just so they could do that? So unprofessional and all 3 ladies that night looked so slow 🙄

EDIT 6/6/25 - had an awful experience today. First off I try to order and the lady just walks away from me, doesn’t apologize and comes back rubbing her nose down and then starts my order. I try asking her for common items they carry, such as their Gaby’s special dressing, and she doesn’t even know what that is. She flags down someone to help her and now this girl is translating everything I’m saying, all the lady asked you for was to know what I was talking about not for you to translate, I am Mexican, I speak Spanish and it is my first language… overall I just left super annoyed because it’s clear they have no good communication skills within their team and the lady taking my order had extremely red eyes which gave me the impression she was either drunk or high, especially with how she carelessly walked away from me at the beginning in the middle of me talking. I wouldn’t come back to this location after this experience, what a shame when they were amazing a few months ago.
Months ago: I love coming to this location. Cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness. That is the message. These ladies keep it nice and clean, which unfortunately I’ve built an “understanding” that most Kiosko’s aren’t that clean. (Ice cream all over their freezers, toppings everywhere) but not here. You can tell they really upkeep their stations and do their best. Love it.

This places prices are insane cause I got a corn and banana split for almost $20 ! And the lady messed up my order cause I wanted to choose my flavors it even said it on my receipt that I wanted to choose my flavors, she said “oh, well I already made it “ and I said okay ? And she said “your going to make me remake it ?? ” I told her yes. So I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore it’s not the same !

I had ordered a oreo milkshake and when it was done it didn't taste nothing like oreo the lady worker didn't look like she knew how to make one and I only got served ice a lot of whip cream and chocolate syrup

I will not return to this place, they charge too much, what they do is a theft and the quality is very bad. Take care when you order, that lady does the math and always charges more than bad people.

I have been going to El Kiosko since I was little but especially to this location and the service and the food is so good. I highly recommend and the staff is so nice, my favorite is the chicken rings tostadas or torta, also de biónicos, and trolis.
Kid-friendliness: The kids will feel so good here and especially when they get there snack here and it taste so good .
If you want to eat something healthy made at home, visit this kiosk. I love it because they pamper me, they please me and it doesn't seem expensive at all.

What a disgusting banana with chocolate, it looks like it's been frozen for years, what a disappointment ?
