However, I was confused on the prices. On the screens, they show a different amount then, what’s on the menu pamphlets.
When providing feedback to the young lady, she was nonchalant and had very bothered attitude; very poor customer service.

They used to be my favorite shaved ice... But I've already bought them 3 times and the smoothies don't taste like anything... just like milk, ice and water?... they take a long time to make and in the end they're not good... I'm a customer who goes daily, but honestly I don't plan to return... at least, as long as they don't correct that... and it's a shame, because before they had very good service and they were my favorites...

They charged me, they kept me waiting for 30 minutes and then they gave me my money back because the cook no longer wanted to continue working, what kind of place is this for them to do that with their customers? Very bad service. I don't recommend it.

Ordered a fruit cocktail & a mango loko, the fruit was not fresh and was hot! My husband also ordered a mex hamburger which did not have ham or avocado like the advertisement and the meat was seasoned with only salt, extra salt at that. I am so disappointed. I’m all for leaving a good review and sad to say this is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a bad review.

The raspas are a disaster, they serve them the worst and it's worth it that they almost arrive in a state of water when you receive them, they are a thousand times better than the ones opposite? and the ladies provide horrible service.The boy is a sweetheart ❤️❤️❤️ I have been 3 times and the raspas are delivered to me in a glass that is not the right one and they always say “if you order that flavor it is always done like this” and I ? and he still tells me to drink it with the straw so that it doesn't come out so much, only the boy is functional, they for pleasure ?
