Fresh, flavorful, masa and ingredients. Staff was right on. Food was a little slow, but anyone who has had fresh Papusas know they take to me. My only complaint is the slaw is a little bland for my taste, but their green sauce helps with that. Michelada sauce was great!
The place is ok, it does take for ever to have your meal ready but it does tastes great! I ordered a Caldo de res and it was ok, I sure did enjoyed the freshly made tortillas! If you are coming during your lunch hour… please call and place your order ahead of time. It will help a lot for them to upload a clear menu to their website.
