It's a shame what this place has become.I've been coming here for years. A few negative experiences here and there mostly customer service. This weekend was by far the worst and I have finally given up on this place. Restaurant was 75 percent empty , so slow day. After we got our drinks and food waiter was no where to be found. My wife wanted to add to order, I wanted another beer and never got to add more.Waiter kept walking by us and not even giving us a glance of acknowledgement to be able to ask for service. Food has always been good. I wish I could have tipped the kitchen bc they did there part. The waiter just looked busy in a empty restaurant. After COVID I have seen a high turn over rate on waitresses. Seeing from recent reviews I am not the only one complaining about bad service.

Worst service we have been sitting here for 30+ and all we got is our drinks. Waitress is nowhere to be found. They also add automatic tip! With no sign going to dispute.

Excellent pupusas. Very good flavor. We tried a seafood platter and the breakfast plate. But the flavor of the pupusas is the best. I recommend this place if you are near here. I was on my way to Austin, TX and I was lucky to find this place.
