They are friendly, and fast and the atmosphere is good. My family and I have gone various times since it reminds us of our grandmother's cooking. Like any other restaurant sometimes the server might not be the best but most times it's all good.

Terrible service, there were 4 of us and they didn't take my order because the waiter Jens Jeremy was writing down the orders in his hand. And he was rude when I asked him about my order, we really don't recommend this place, they serve you better in the Taco Trail. 12/20/24 😴

I was at this restaurant today, we ordered 3 dishes and three pupusas. To begin with, the waiter had nowhere to write down the order, he used his hand as a notebook. The wait for the food was 30 minutes and we were missing a dish. When I asked about the missing food, the waiter said that he didn't listen to me because the children were talking. Anyway, when I was talking to him he was very rude and made fun of me by moving his hands. I don't give the waiter's name because when I asked what his name was, no one wanted to tell me. Terrible service. Very bad experience if I could I would give 0 stars
Everything is very good with the customer service, the food is excellent, I just wish they would pay more attention to the women's bathrooms. There is no soap or towels to dry your hands. I hope the cook brings soap to wash your hands. Please provide soap. to wash in women's bathrooms 🚺

Theres times when the papusas are delicious but theres soooo many times where you can tell the cooks just dont care and they will put almost NOTHING in your papusa and so you end up eating just masa. Sometimes they will hardly put any cheese.
If youre part of the management and reading this, you will have more customers if you have consistency with your food. Tell your cooks to make sure they had enough cheese in the papusas.
