I have visited the El Pobre food truck on several occasions and want to share my experience. The food is really delicious, especially the wings, which have become my favorite. The quality of the dishes is excellent, and I always leave satisfied with the taste.
However, I must point out that the attitude of the owner leaves much to be desired. On one occasion, I asked for a recommendation on what to try, and he responded brusquely, saying that everything was good and that he couldn't recommend anything specific. Another time, when taking my order, he informed me that it would be the last order he would take, which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. There was also a time when he simply told me that he couldn't complete my order.
I believe that with a bit more friendliness and willingness from the owner, the experience at El Pobre could be much better. Great food should go hand in hand with quality customer service.

The food is really good, but the person who runs the food truck needs to improve his attitude, I always serve in a hurry and it seems like he prefers to go home to sleep rather than sell. I have bought him food several times now and he warns me that he is leaving and I am one of his last orders. The truth is that it is uncomfortable and I would prefer that you deny me the sale. Even so, I plan to continue buying their food because it has very good seasoning, it's just a matter of improving their attitude.
