Today I visited Pollo Loco during dinner and I would like to highlight the manager who was in charge. He was very helpful, attentive, and professional from the very beginning. He assisted me extremely well and made sure my food was fresh and properly prepared.
It really shows when a manager genuinely cares about service and the customer experience. Excellent leadership and attitude, it definitely makes a difference.

The staff in the back, along with Grace, were incredibly kind and attentive to my mother. They truly went above and beyond to ensure her meal was prepared exactly the way she wanted it. Outstanding service!

This is the best El Pollo Loco in Houston. The food is always fresh and tastes so amazing! There’s so many different food options so there’s always something new to try. Victor is super kind. He remembers our personal orders and makes sure we get our meals just the way we like them.
