It was my first time going during lunch and that Asian lady was very disrespectful and treats customers very bad. I definitely did not enjoy it and don't think I'm coming back. Which is sad because I heard good things about pollo loco but didn't get that experience today. Hopefully management does something about this.

It’s 2025 and yall don’t have chicken. We pull up, go inside wait 3 minutes for someone to take our order only for them to say we only have bowls and burritos.
So yall don’t know how to properly order enough food to run a restaurant?
