When entering this pollo locos location you could clearly see why this place has not one customer dinning in.The chicken was over cooked almost burned the employees where playing around like teenagers among each other and the service was 100 percent garbage and don't get me started on the drive thru girl . How is this place still in business ! I love pollo loco and I will never stop going but just not this location.I was there almost for 2 hours talking to a friend and only had 1 customer came in.I wonder why

I love this el pollo loco silver than any other place because it's clean friendly and helpful and the food is great delicious and very tasty, the new pollo fit bowl salad, is fantastic. This is a real home food.
