Great service and atmosphere! I visit at least once a week and staff and managers are always attentive, friendly, and professional. It's also impressive that I always see them cleaning inside and outside of their location. Took off 1 star because -sometimes- the chicken seems a tad dry and the tomatoes in the salsa seem a little old. Otherwise I love eating here!
UPDATE: Chicken was juicy and tomatoes in the picó de gallo were fresh! I'm so happy and bumping...

All I know is that the food was GOOD! It was what I hoping for after a 10 hr drive. I picked it up as take out....I wasn't missing napkins ,plastic ware salsa, everything was there. I ordered the 4 pc combo, Thanks guys!

Love the chicken at El Pollo Loco, this location seems like it is busy. It was hard to exit and enter this location to park but it is the closet one to me and it is 15 mins away. The chicken is cheaper here than other chicken places and I get tortillas!
