Today I was hungry and decided to eat at Pollo Loco on Silber in Houston,Tex had a great experience great fresh hot food and great customer services with Tim and Hector...I come here a lot because of the customer service and the great hot food... ? ♥️??

This location is always so disappointing. The chicken always seems dry and old. I tried the tacos today and I only took one bite because it was cold, like from the refrigerator cold.

My wife had the chicken salad in a taco bowl and she loved it. I had the 2 pieces of chicken. Chicken was nice but portions were quite small. Beans was not nice. It's not cheap either. There are better places to eat along this road

You must have changed management because it is a lite better. I was reluctant to come in but was pleased. Better staff better food and atmosphere! I will come back to this location again

I work at El Pollo Loco and you couldn't pay me to eat there. I was a cook and dishwasher. I was constantly killing roaches and when I informed my boss she just shrugged. Please do not eat the tortilla soup I promise it either two days old or burnt from not be change throughout the day. I witnessed and employee put raw chicken in the same pan with uncooked chicken but the crazy thing is I reported and nothing was done about it. They are supposed to throw things away at. Night but I guarantee if you go in around opening you are eating left overs....I can go on & on how nasty the store and employees are .....I couldn't take it no more.
