Today was the first day I went to this place and it will be my last.. All their pan dulce was hard, and their churros were nasty and old as hell. The tres leches cake was dry and stale. Never again!!! Oh and the prices they have for that stale and hard bread is out of line, not worth it…

Yesterday I went to the bakery for the first time and I was fascinated with the bread, not to mention the customer service. The cashier, Marlen, showed me the entire variety of bread. It was delicious. 100% recommended El Rancho Bakery.

The bakery itself is very welcoming and i’m always greeted when I walk in. The have a big selection of bread and cakes for reasonable prices. The only bad thing I can say about this place is that the tres leches cake is so DRY. The cake itself is always in a nice presentation but honestly they should spend the money on more milk for the cake than on the box. The kroger cakes have more milk than the ones here. It just feels like a moist cake. Overall I hope they start adding more milk to the cakes so they can keep having returning customers.

I love this place; so many pastries to chose from. Everything looked so delicious! I grabbed a little bit of everything and let me say it was the best and sooo delicious!! I will be coming back!! And needless to say that I came on vacation for Mother’s Day weekend all the way from Dallas, TX.
The worst experience ever, I could speak with manager about the bad experience no just with the costumer service that was terrible but the cake that I order was a completely a mess but nothing was more disappointing than the manager answer, I’ll never will return to this place again.

We bought this cake right before they closed BUT we also asked when it was made. They stated the same day. The cake was a gift and the presentation is beautiful also the filling had really good flavor but the actual cake breading was DRY. Very disappointing because it’s a TRES LECHES MOCHA cake. Honestly, it was just so embarrassing. We felt BAMBOOZLED. SMH
