I have been twice, and both times they have sold me raw Tequeños. The first time it was fine, and the second time it was annoying because I ordered them to take away, and at home I had to throw them away. The same thing happened to my family and acquaintances. In any restaurant, customer service is so important that at least one refund or offer is given for the inconvenience, but not even that. I understand the concept of fast food but don't do things just to get by. And please stop offering cookies as a way to give change with change, you are no longer in Venezuela where there is no simple nor are you a Chinese restaurant in Caracas. Also pay attention to hygiene, it is totally terrible, if they continue like this someone will call Health.

I really went with my wife and the kids. I liked the hamburger. I told the boy to smash it because my wife was pregnant and that's how I wanted it and the boy really made it like that.
