I always have went to this place because the food is pretty decent but after today I will not be returning because their customer service is horrible and there is no one there to help when issues arise. I just kept being told to contact the number on the truck which I did before I even made the second freaking order thinking I would be calling the people making the order. Long story short I placed an initial order and the website had given an error to me saying to try again or contact the store which I did but did not reach anyone. So because I only had 30 minutes I attempted to place the order again so my food could be ready when I arrived upon getting there the guy told me there was two orders for me. I asked him to cancel one and he just kept stating there was nothing he could do and to call the freaking number that was not working. You guys need better protocols in place and a contact number that someone can reach when issues arise. I even asked if he had someone he can call and he just kept annoyingly saying no. As a loyal customer this is not how you do business and I still want my money back because I only took one order.

Their food is decent, but customer service has always been an issue. I’ve came here a few times and I’ve never been charged for charro beans except today. They also tried making me buy 4 extra salsas for $1 when I only needed 1 extra salsa.. they will do anything to make a quick dollar. I’m not going to cry over a few dollars, it’s about the principle. If you’re going to charge extra for something, charge extra every time. If you decide to try this place, please don’t get ripped off. Good luck!

I’m not sure who was doing the cooking today, 8/6, at around 12 in the afternoon, but they need to do better! The chorizo tasted expired, half my tacos weren’t fried like the others, and they were very stingy with the chile and meat!

I have been a customer for 15 yrs and they were good at first! I had ordered 2 gorditas never imagined to be so disappointed when I was on my second Gordita I found a burnt hair and I told the lady she said we don’t give refunds! I really liked it but I guess i won’t be going back 😡
the tacos are good but be careful on how much they charging you. i came with my spanish speaking friend and he ordered for us and the receipt was $1 tacos. i come back the next day with my sis and they charged us $1.50 per taco. that same day my same spanish speaking friend went for lunch and got charged $1… my spanish speaking coworker goes the day after and got charged $1. my sister goes the next day for lunch and still got charged $1.50. ig i gotta start taking spanish classes now if i want $1 tacos.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Everyone is not a freaking big backer!!! I went to order elote and one taco… because I only order what I can actually eat… but apparently it’s a $10 minimum according to the lady who took my order… smh I’m gonna attempt to report y’all to the bbb because that’s just weird af… if you didn’t want to serve me you could have just refused my service instead of giving some random lie
