Came out to rent out the guest party room down stairs, for a 20 guest birthday get together.. food was hitting the spot and tasted great where all the family left happy and full and the drinks were strong and this place was a really great choice for a family gathering birthday

I've been to this restaurant 2 time and th food is the same. DELICIOUS! Both times it was a work group celebration with more than 10 people. They were able to accommodate us, get our drinks and orders and everyone's order was a hit. That chips and salsa especially that green sauce, I could eat as a meal alone! I'd say they provided great service eat time.

My friends told me that this is the place to go for Mexican food in Houston. And oh boy, they were right. We ordered bunch of sauces and fajita by weight. It came on on table grill along with fresh house made tortillas. Loved it so much. Will definitely go again.

Just tried El Tiempo for the first time on a Saturday at a Prom event and absolutely loved everything. The tamales and flautas were my absolute favorite! The chips and salsa out of this work!! Everything so fresh!! Can’t wait to order catering and visit their restaurant soon!

Went on Mothers Day, very bad service. Waitress was tending to others more than us. Had to ask several waiters for refills on coffee and had to ask again to several other waiters for our tortillas than never came with our meal. Will never go back!

We hosted a 80th birthday party for a friend ,14 people, the staff were so very accommodating. The food was good and served everyone at the same time. Our server was very attentive without being in the way. Drinks were topped off before asking.

I met a friend here for drinks & when we got here around 5pm on a Friday l, it was pretty quiet & we got seated right away. By the time we left closet to 8, there was a wait outside & the entire place was buzzing! Mostly families with just a few couples at the bar. The ambiance was nice, I felt very safe & loved the music. The food was good, I ordered the Fajita quesadillas & I enjoyed them. My friend got the shrimp & bacon & she also liked them. Service was fast until it got crowded. The drinks were just okay. I was hoping for more fancy margaritas. Staff were all very friendly & helpful.
