That Elizabeth Gilbert that posted that fancy dinner in the first picture is LYING! NEVER in the 40 plus years that I used to eat at Vaqueros did they EVER serve anything like that...and since the original owner sold, it has seriously gone down in food quality and service. I will admit the remodel was nice, but it made it even darker than before. Plus every time I drive by there it's never open. How do they survive?

I am 56 yrs old I have been eating there since the 80's Best Restaurants in TOWN IN ALDINE I moved and have NEVER NOR COME CLOSE TO THEIR MEXICAN FOOD ANYWHERE 😁🙏❤️👍 Keep up the FABULOUS FOOD 🤤🤠
Good lunch menu and could use a bit more air conditioning. Kinda cramped and warm. Nice place for a quick meal made right though

I’ve been going to this place since I was a kid and it’s always been great but they’ve also made improvements. The food is literally to die for and they extended their weekday hours to 8pm. I could drink the salsa, but it is spicy. It’s a quant place to get a wonderful meal. I’ve never had anything out of here that I didn’t like. The food is fresh and hits the spot every time!
