Does anyone know what's going on with Emma Jane? I made an OpenTable reservation which was honored, but when I showed up for my 11:00 brunch the store was closed. We ran into another passerby who said their reservation was also completed but not fulfilled. It's a shame because the storefront looks cute, but if their hours are wrong and they're closed then it disincentivizes me from trying them again.

Booked a brunch reservation here for 11/2. When we showed up the place was locked up and closed and no one was there…despite their business hours showing that they are open on Sundays. We went to Verde Garden instead and it was great.

I made a reservation online and received confirmation. I arrived and they were closed despite Google saying they were open. Neither their website or Google indicated that today the restaurant would be closed. Luckily there is a nice Italian place nearby where our group went instead.

I booked an afternoon tea on -10/15/3025 for my Birthday. The reservation was scheduled for 11/1/2025. I signed up for text message notifications due to my busy schedule. After booking, I justI received my first follow up text. An incomplete text message saying there was a “change of plans”. I had to go back to the original link due to missing information to see my reservation was CANCELLED! No reason provided. I tried to call and the business is not open. Totally disappointing, inconsiderate, inconvenient, and most importantly, UNPROFESSIONAL! I’d expect better service and more effective communication from a business such as this. Unacceptable! This was my first time ever making reservations here. If there was a change, someone should have contacted me. Not send an incomplete evasive text. Thank goodness, no one else was supposed to be attending.

For $130 plus a 20% unexplained service charge for tea service for two, I expected something special—but the tea sandwiches and sweets were some of the worst I’ve ever had. The quality simply doesn’t justify the price, and the overall experience fell far short of expectations.

Had the most delightful high noon tea experience. Brought in 15 ladies, and none left dissatisfied. Quick apology to other diners if we were too loud. The table decor was soo immaculate. Food was delicious, though not enough for 15 women. I ate a savory scone, though the young lady said some sweet ones were part of it. Never saw them on my side. But everything we ate, was delicious. Here was my observation about food served. None of the items brough out was evenly distributed, if each person was supposed to eat at least 1 peace of each item brought. I hope the chef and manager pay attention to that. Seems if you have a large group, you get served less food per person. 1 server for my party wasn't enough. Tea always got cold or finished before we could get a refill. The young lady though did her best, and I applaud her for her composure. Tea options were tasty as well, especially the toasted coconut and Chai. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the experience.

Came here for my Mom’s birthday brunch, and it was amazing, the ladies in the front greeted us with smiles, and Zac are waiter was amazing even if it was his first day, still great. Food was so good and everything was amazing, will definitely be coming in here again.

I was really excited to try this place, but the service was disappointing. Everything came out very slowly—we even got the jam and honey after we had already finished eating. We asked for a tea refill, and it didn’t arrive until 20 minutes later. The service was terrible, yet they still charged a 20% service fee.

Mediocre, at best. Nothing extraordinary about the food. Got the $65 tea service and the service was sub par. They came 30 min after the start of our reservation, after telling us that the next party scheduled for our table was at 2- so we had to hurry! If the food was worth it, I would have overlooked the issues but nothing except the place setting and ambiance was good. I won’t be going there again

Terrible experience and service. We booked the high tea experience and it took so long to get any of our items. We finally got our tea and food and multiple times we asked for fresh plates and silverware and the servers would walk away and not bring anything! The worst part is we were overcharged $50 for tea that was included in the experience price. I emailed them, no response. The number on the receipt is for the wrong business! I finally got a hold of them to get a refund. Definitely do not recommend. Terrible.
